Softub, Inc. is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our Corporate Sales team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers inquiring about the availability and pricing of a new Softub spa. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who excels on the phone and possesses the sales acumen to guide customers through pricing, negotiation, and financing options.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about Softub spa availability, features, and pricing.
  • Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience that reflects the quality and reputation of the Softub brand.
  • Guide customers from initial inquiry to close, including pricing discussions and financing options.
  • Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.

CRM & Sales Documentation

  • Accurately log all customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and pipeline data; generate reports as requested.

Pricing, Negotiation & Financing

  • Present and discuss product pricing in alignment with company guidelines and margin expectations.
  • Negotiate within established parameters to close sales while preserving brand value.
  • Educate customers on available financing programs and assist in identifying the best fit for their needs.

General Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager and sales team on broader initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Softub products, promotions, and pricing structures.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Exceptional phone skills with a professional, confident, and customer-first communication style.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of sales pricing, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with consumer financing programs and the ability to explain options clearly.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Experience selling consumer products, home goods, or luxury/lifestyle products.
  • Background in a manufacturing, dealer network, or factory-direct sales environment.
