At Shirtworx, strong customer relationships are built through reliability, follow-through, and expertise. We’re growing and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Williston, ND.

This sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, frequent customer communication, and learning ever-changing product details. Most interactions are with repeat customers but reaching new customers is also an integral part of succeeding in this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain positive customer relationships with in-store customers
  • Answer phones, use point of sales system to process payments in person and send payment requests virtually
  • Manage and grow relationships with business customers in person, via phone and email.
  • Educate customers on our in-house decorating capabilities (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, promotional products and more)
  • Prepare and manage quotes, pricing, and order details with accuracy
  • Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in our sales system
  • Respond to customer questions and issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Consistently follow established sales and service processes while looking for opportunities to add value
  • Independently pursue new opportunities when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with art and production departments, as well as with other sales reps
  • Keep accurate inventory of in-stock products
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of retail sales floor

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Experience in sales, or related role
  • Confidence communicating by phone and email
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain products clearly
  • Organization, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple accounts or quotes
  • Willingness to learn technical product details in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to stay motivated in a consistent, routine-oriented role
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor
  • Commitment to work well independently, as well in a small group setting

Successful reps typically spend their first 90 days learning our products and processes, consistently managing inbound leads, following up on quotes, and building confidence handling customer conversations independently. This 90-day period is considered a probational period.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site

Monday-Thursday, 8:30am- 5:00pm

Friday (seasonally), 8:30am-12:00pm

No evenings, weekends, or travel

  • Starting pay: based on experience
  • Hourly pay + yearly bonus opportunity. In addition to hourly pay, representatives are eligible for a yearly bonus based on individual performance.
