More about the role This role will give you the opportunity to develop and nurture a team of both tenured and new inside sales consultants.
Working with the inside sales team and
senior management
, you’ll manage, motivate and coach the team in booking sales opportunities for our field sales team. With the ability to assist the team in CRM and data management, and a passion for campaigns to boost performance, you’ll help take this team to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can drive and inspire sales activity and performance, remain approachable and supportive to develop a successful inside sales team.

Realistic first year earnings are $100,000 OTE with our bonus scheme for Inside Sales Managers. At Peninsula, we want to make sure you have a

5 years’ experience in managing a sales team, with prior experience in a sales role, either face to face or over the phone sales. Be a confident communicator and able to bring your personality to the floor. This role is all about creating an office ‘buzz’. Be ambitious and be driven by your teams success. Have the

Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5 inbound sales consultants Manage and motivate the team pro-actively driving performance on a weekly, daily, hourly basis Be active & vocal on the sales floor and paying close attention to daily sales activities Provide coaching and support for team members to enhance
sales performance
Conduct regular 1-2-1’s to review and discuss performance with team members Regularly review the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data and campaigns are optimized to drive performance Utilize the CRM to drive reports and dashboards to review performance Manage lead flow to ensure all leads are managed pro-actively within agreed timescales Be a strong presence on the sales floor, managing and motivating at all times Identify training issues and work with our internal sales trainer & QA to address them Peninsula is a highly motivated enterprise that promotes an
