Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on B2B markets, technology solutions, and business development.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized service and tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for performance assessment.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals while maintaining profitable margins.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and recognizing achievements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $37,671.85-$98,480.07 per year
