INSIDE SALES – UTILITY HARDWARE SPECIALIST

We’re seeking a driven Inside Sales Utility Hardware Specialist to support electrical utility customers across Nebraska. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and working with technical products in a stable, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for utility customers, providing product support and sales solutions
- Sell and support utility hardware including pole-line equipment, transformers, high-voltage switches, metering, and automation products
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing of stock items
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and grow customer accounts
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive service and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or utility/distribution industry
- Knowledge of utility materials (pole-line hardware, transformers, etc.) is a plus—but we will train the right candidate
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and support account growth
