Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to support a growing plastics manufacturing operation that produces modular crates and storage accessories used in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding equipment, robotics, automation systems, and production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
Candidates with strong PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and automation experience may be considered for higher compensation.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machinery
- Support robotics and automated manufacturing equipment
- Minimize production downtime through effective troubleshooting
- Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation
- Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

- Milacron Injection Molding Machines
- Robo Shot Units
- NT 750 Machines
- VT 725 Machines
- Manufacturing Robotics and Automation Systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of injection molding maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to diagnose complex manufacturing equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
