Infused Edibles Technician
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Assist in the preparation and production of cannabis-infused edibles in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Measure, mix, cook, and portion ingredients to ensure consistency and product quality
- Infuse products with cannabis extracts following precise dosing and safety procedures
- Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Package, label, and stage finished edible products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Accurately track and record production and batch data using required systems
- Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
- Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals

- Maintains accuracy in measurements, infusion, and documentation

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for measuring and portioning
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a kitchen or production environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
- Food service, manufacturing, or cannabis experience preferred but not required
- Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) is a plus
Compensation
- Base pay: $16.00 per hour
