Stantec is seeking a Major Projects Lead for its Infrastructure team. This role entails overseeing significant projects with a focus on top line growth, risk management, and strategic development. You’ll be involved in all phases of Alternate Project Delivery (APD) projects, making key decisions that shape project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate risk review processes for major projects
• Participate in Corporate Governance Meetings regularly
• Manage the overall strategy for APD projects
• Track leads with Contractor Account Managers
• Develop project best practices across the portfolio
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Familiarity with contract terms and project execution
• Ability to travel occasionally for business
