The Role:
As a Senior IT Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level technical support to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment
, enjoys being busy, and has a passion for working with a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Microsoft 365 email migrations.
Provide expert-level support in Microsoft 365, Azure environments, Windows Server, and Workstation Operating Systems.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and networking/application protocols (e.g., DHCP, DNS, SMTP, SFTP, SSH).Manage Active Directory, Azure DS (Entra), MFA technologies, and Certificates.
Offer proficient service and support for Apple Macintosh computers.
Demonstrate expertise with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless technologies.
VMWare, Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies is a must
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an MSP environment.
At least 9 years of experience in IT technical support
Ability to
multitask and manage a your workload efficiently.
A passion for technology and a commitment to staying informed about the latest IT advancements.
