I.T. ANALYST/LEVEL 1/Level 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT
CONTRACT ROLE
LOCATION- Vancouver ONSITE
ROLE/HIGHLIGHTS
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal/external teams, assisting with issues onsite, via phone, Teams, or email with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
- Work towards achieving SLA targets for the service disciplines (incident and request)
- Prioritizing/managing workload effectively, configuration while maintaining ITIL standards using Service Now
- Take ownership of assigned incidents/requests, resolving, providing clear/regular updates on progress of assigned, through closure. i.e. device replacement, ensuring equipment is replaced in a timely manner.
- Install authorized software to laptops and mobile devices.
ABOUT YOU/TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE
Must have clear demonstrated key characteristics of a support enthusiast
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Aptitude for technology
- Thorough understanding of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, networking and system administration concepts, ticketing platforms (ServiceNow) remote desktop tools, imaging tools
- ITIL awareness
- Ability to work in global, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders, and offshore IT partners in multiple time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, team player, problem solver
-RETAIL/POS support preferred, but not mandatory
