Management software implementations.
Responsibilities:
· Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
· Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
· Being point of contact for various working groups
· Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. time-frames, financials, outcomes
· Understanding formal escalation and review processes
· Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
· Thorough project documentation
· Creating and reviewing of reports
· Assisting with growing
Project Management
processes across the organization
Requirements:
· 7+ years managing IT related projects using agile and waterfall methodologies in large cross functional teams
· 3+ years managing CRM, ERP, SPM or HRIS projects.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Ability to present status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Project Manager: 5 years (required)

Certified Scrum Master (required)

Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types:
Bonus payMust be able to travel to parts of Canada, US and potentially Europe. It’s not often for the PM to travel. Could be a few times a year.
The role has elements of customer success & account management. All projects are client facing. There could be some internal project they run as well.
Hybrid Work – 2 days in office and 3 days office is at Hwy 7 and Woodbine There is a defined PMO with practice and procedures – they need to be taught it and the Varicent platform we work with.
