Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder onboarding into the centralized access governance model.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management related to access requests.
- Manage and support intake and processing of access requests.
- Ensure adherence to IAM governance standards, policies, and procedures.
- Gather and document requirements for centralizing access request workflows in SailPoint.
- Design and implement request management frameworks aligned with business and security needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver SailPoint IIQ Request Management features aligned with IAM strategy.
- Define and track KPIs and KRIs for access governance and request management.
- Develop and implement business processes and IT security controls.
- Provide recommendations on IAM best practices and process improvements.
- Support regulatory compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement control solutions to enhance IAM maturity aligned with NIST standards.
- Work within Agile environments to support continuous delivery and improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Experience with Request Management and Access Request workflows.
- Proven experience in centralizing access request processes.
- Solid understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts.
IAM & Security Expertise
- Experience designing and implementing IAM controls and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of access management standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST.
