The Affiliate Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in steering our affiliate marketing channel towards sustained growth and success. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the affiliate program, this role involves strategic management, performance analysis, budgeting, and fostering relationships with affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Owns our affiliate marketing channel, responsible for managing all affiliates, commissions and revenues.

Reports on affiliate performance and actively works to grow the success and efficiency of the channel.

Ensures the company is staying up to date with affiliate best practices.

Aligns affiliate efforts with our existing marketing plan, supporting brand and product goals.

Manages samples and gifting for all affiliates.

Manages and scales affiliate marketing budgets.

Trains new publishers & traffic sources onto our network, including administrative tasks such as execution of IOs and legal documents.

Manages dozens of existing publishers on a daily basis – communications, fraud prevention, contracts, troubleshooting, offer request approvals, and all matters essential to the ongoing success of the business

Provides feedback to the company on how to best service affiliate needs.

Communicate with affiliates daily, pushing campaigns, gathering feedback, requesting content, tracking samples…

Works closely with the social media and marketing team, to ensure affiliate efforts support the brand’s marketing goals.

Research the affiliate industry, actively researching to find new affiliates for the brand.

Maintain strong positive relationships with all affiliates.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, OR at least 2 years of general marketing experience.

Active participation in the fitness industry, demonstrating knowledge of influencers and fitness products.

General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication.

General understanding of marketing terminology and metrics.

Organized, quick communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Performance driven.

This is mostly a remote position, with occasional requirements to come into one of our showrooms. For this reason, the ideal candidate would be located in either Toronto or Calgary.
