Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Grocery Store team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job duties:
Manage the day to day store operations, including: sales, merchandizing, customer service, inventory, ordering, employee management and scheduling
Should have good knowledge of different Indian Grocery Products and their brands.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, reduce waste and spoilage, and continuously improve customer service throughout the store
Create a positive and unique shopping experience for our customers and a high-morale work environment for our employees
Provide exceptional customer service through becoming well-versed in our products and offers.
Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a Indian Grocery Store and/ or restaurant setting
– Able to under stand some Indian Languages Punjabi, Hindi or Gujrati

Pay: $16.55-$20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
