Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive customer service support

• Process and manage manual and electronic orders

• Liaise with distribution for shipment tracking

• Update pricing and product status in the catalog

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service or order entry

• Strong MS Office proficiency required

• Excellent communications and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Basic digital music service knowledge is a plus
