Overview
Life Maps is a small mental health practice with office locations in both Nob Hill and Downtown Albuquerque, NM. We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed therapist to join our team as a contractor. The contractor will provide psychotherapy and counseling to a wide range of populations in a small boutique clinic setting. Must have at least three years of clinical experience and be independently licensed in the state of New Mexico. The position will allow for high flexibility in work hours, work location, and type of clients accepted. Pay is competitive and dependent on experience, certifications, and trainings. Skills
- Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques tailored to diverse populations and proven to be evidence based
- Strong proficiency in specialty trainings which may include: mindfulness, EMDR, sand tray therapy, or play therapy.
- Complete all documentation in a comprehensive and timely manner
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles relevant to behavioral health treatment plans
- Ability to perform research related to clinical practices or behavioral health interventions to enhance service quality
- Experience with behavioral health questionnaire scores, assessments, DSM diagnosis, and service planning
- Demonstrate high fidelity to ethical, safe, and compassionate care
- Understand state and federal regulations, HIPPA practices, and all codes of conduct as determined by relevant licensing board

- Physical Office Space (if desired)
- Electronic Health Record platform and maintenance
- Billing and Credentialing

Pay: $50.00 – $100.00 per hour
