As the Incentives and Recognition Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, transforming creative concepts into high-impact incentive programs for global enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility role where you will leverage advanced data analytics, SaaS-based incentive platforms, and sophisticated supply chain management to drive brand loyalty and business growth.

The Role

  • Serve as the primary internal lead for a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving end-to-end execution of complex recognition initiatives and incentive programs.
  • Optimize program profitability by managing margin targets, inventory health, SKU counts, and product assortments using data-driven merchandising insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of SaaS-based incentive sites, trade shows, and international branded merchandise programs.
  • Develop and present strategic client business reviews using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Oversee service level agreement (SLA) compliance and collaborate with global support centers to achieve a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within promotional products, SaaS-based incentive platforms, or loyalty marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data filtering) to manage complex client inventories and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in marketing strategy, price modeling, and global service expansion.
  • Excellent influence and communication skills, capable of navigating complex customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
