Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Lead the sustainment and implementation of Contact Center as a Service (CaaS) solution, providing a multi-channel customer experience to our operations.
Manage operational enhancements and new feature implementations of M365 for our organization and managed agencies.
Drive various client-facing Infrastructure initiatives as the Lead Project Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
9+ years of project management experience on medium to large initiatives within an enterprise setting.
Proven expertise in Contact Center implementations and technologies within an enterprise context.
Demonstrated proficiency in M365 implementation, particularly with M365 Teams Voice and related technologies.
Experience managing enterprise upgrades of client computing devices, networks, and other client-facing infrastructure.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Extensive knowledge of quality management program development and implementation, preferably within the public sector.
Strong track record in project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, status reporting, risk management, and change control.
Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, set clear expectations, and manage teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for effective reporting and presentations.
Based locally in the lower mainland with the flexibility to report to the office as needed.
