Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Immigration Client Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Canada immigration pathways and possess the ability to provide initial consultations to clients, gather necessary information, and introduce them to potential immigration options.
Duties:
-Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
-Gather and accurately record client information.
-Introduce clients to various immigration pathways.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the intake process.
-Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure clients receive comprehensive and accurate information.
– Manage and maintain client files using CRM of the company.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of one year of experience in immigration consulting (preferred).
– English speaker.
-Strong understanding of Canada’s immigration pathways (asset).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage client information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
