Responsibilities:
– Procure and present necessary documents and information for client cases
– Providing comprehensive support to Regulated Immigration Consultants
– Taking Calls, liaising with clients to make appointments and collect required information.
– Preparing agreements, forms, and documentation for visa applications.
– Organize and maintain client files and records
– Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the case process
– Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and eligibility for services
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions
Experience:
– 1-2 years of Previous experience in this role is must
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
– Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties
– Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to case management
– Proficient in English, Punjabi, Hindi – Preferred
