Job Title: ICC Special Inspector (Concrete)
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $30 – $40 (depending on certifications)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified ICC Special Inspector with concrete certifications to support a strong pipeline of upcoming commercial and high-profile construction projects throughout the Denver area.
Required Certifications (At Least One of the Following):
- ICC Reinforced Concrete
- ICC Prestressed Concrete
- PTI Level II (Post-Tensioning)
Project Pipeline:
- Multiple high-rise developments (including projects in RiNo)
- Tilt-up warehouse construction
- Ground-up school projects in Aurora
Responsibilities:
- Perform special inspections on concrete construction in accordance with ICC standards
- Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes
- Document and report inspection findings accurately
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and engineers on-site
- Maintain safety and quality standards across all job sites
Requirements:
- Active ICC and/or PTI certifications (listed above)
- Prior experience performing special inspections on commercial construction projects
- Ability to work overtime as project demands require
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must pass background check
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
