You will implement safety protocols, oversee team training, and achieve operational targets while liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Health and Safety initiatives on-site
• Achieve operational availability and meet KPIs
• Handle routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Manage and train multidisciplinary team members
• Prepare and submit detailed performance reports
Requirements:
• Engineering or Construction Management degree
• 10+ years in relevant operational roles
• Expertise in industrial safety standards
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with budget management and forecasting
