You’ll run onboarding processes while collaborating with support and engineering teams to expedite resolutions and maintain operational flow, backed by thorough documentation and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end onboarding and implementation

• Align internal stakeholders to meet project timelines

• Proactively manage customer inquiries and technical issues

• Drive successful renewal and expansion initiatives

• Keep Hub Spot and relevant documentation meticulously organized

Requirements:

• 3+ years in roles such as project management or customer success

• Proven client leadership and multi-project management skills

• An eye for detail in technical troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Hub Spot and data management tools

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
