• Manage the AFH Canada finance team effectively
• Prepare statutory financial reports and audit files

• Lead charity budgeting procedures and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable)
• Strong experience in financial reporting
• Familiarity with legislation and CRA compliance
• Proven track record of managing staff
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
