HVAC Service Dispatcher/ Customer Service Jobs in St. Louis, MO at HVAC
Seventy-Six year old company is seeking a full time dispatcher/ customer service represetative in the service department. HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary.
Primary functions include, maintaining the service technicians daily schedules. Coordinate and schedule incoming service calls as received. Schedule return trips when ordered parts are received. Maintain and update all customer information within computer database. Provide clear and concise communication with customers, technicians, managers, and company employees. Forecast workload several days out. Follow up on all pending and recommended work. Order parts as necessary. Assist in account billing and collection as necessary. Assist with warranty part claims and returns. Other duties assigned.
Qualifications Include:
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Highly self motivated and organized
Geographical knowledge of the St. Louis Area
Experience using Word and Excel programs
