Job Description
Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with Airtech in their search for a Commercial HVAC Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, along with proven
leadership
skills to effectively manage a team and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Position Summary:
Promote
employee engagement
and development by providing timely feedback,
career progression
plans, training schedules, and other supports as needed
Forecast monthly revenues and expenses and adapting pricing strategies to ensure
customer satisfaction
and business growth
Develop relationships with a loyal customer base to aid in year-round sustainable business development and growth Manage and oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
Lead and mentor a team of estimators, project coordinators, installers and fabricators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-
quality workmanship
and
customer satisfaction
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and
communication
is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of HVAC projects
Assignment of daily, monthly, and project-based tasks to employees, providing support as needed
Clearly communicate with staff to ensure accurate expectations, job performance, and changes as they occur within the project/job sites
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of proven experience in a managerial role effectively leading people
Certification in the Sheet Metal or HVAC Mechanic Proven record of developing and achieving strategic goals
Knowledge of the HVAC industry, equipment, and processes
Must be
willing to relocate to Lethbridge, AB Desire to coach employees through professional development, training, and
career progression
plans
Ability to
build relationships with new customers, existing clients, and suppliers
Ability to
create and understand financial projections and creatively pivot sales strategies as needed
Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and coordinating tasks of others, and providing needed support
