The Big Task
The job involves installing quality equipment in residential retrofit application with the highest quality and pride in workmanship.
When not preforming installations servicing and maintaining exiting systems with the same pride and quality as the installation at the highest standard.

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Overtime after 4:30pm
Occasional on calls on weekends/evenings
License/Certification:
Driver’s license (required)
Heat pump installation and commissioning proficiency (required)
Gas Fitter License (required)
ODP Certification (required)
Air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred)
Forced air guidelines certificate or equivalent
Education/Experience/Skills
Preferred a minimum of 3-year recent HVAC service or Installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless heat pumps, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters.
Comfortable explaining the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customers.
Comfortable promoting Class A Heating’s products and services on every call and grants available in brief.
Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
Provide a five-star service on every call
Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
Valid Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License an asset
Valid Class B Gas Fitter License
Sheet Metal Fabrication experience
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Clear criminal record
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable billing and asking payments for service calls.

Salary: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
