This is a hybrid position – 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will primarily work from a modern GTA corporate office environment while also supporting project site operations within the Hamilton region as needed.
Ideal candidates are located within the West GTA area (Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, or surrounding areas) and are comfortable travelling to project sites several times per month.
We’re partnering with a leading infrastructure and construction organization looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support large-scale project hiring across major civil and infrastructure initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role ideal for someone who thrives in project environments and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and operational teams.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical, construction, and infrastructure roles
• Build sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking strategies
• Partner closely with hiring managers and project leaders to support workforce planning and project ramp-ups
• Conduct screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple concurrent openings
• Provide market insights, hiring strategy recommendations, and recruitment updates to leadership
• Drive process improvements and support talent branding initiatives
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
✔ Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments
✔ Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities
✔ Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries preferred
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
✔ Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
