Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Vancouver, BC. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. While the role is primarily located in Vancouver, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR management and personnel management
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
