Duties

  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media management and Indeed
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and facilitating new hire documentation and data entry into HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as Connecteam
  • Contribute to employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting managers in performance review processes
  • Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, workers’ compensation, and other employee benefits
  • Maintain accurate HR records by collecting data, updating personnel files, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards such as OSHA regulations and FMLA guidelines
  • Support employee relations efforts by assisting with conflict management and communication initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives like change management, succession planning, organization design, and affirmative action planning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative experience supporting HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment & labor law, and OSHA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
  • Ability to perform data collection, entry, and analysis accurately using systems
  • Organizational skills to support training & development programs, employee orientation sessions, and performance management processes

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
