POSITION: 2- Human Resources & Talent Partner (Comp. # 2024-51)

LOCATION: Human Resources, Oxford County Administration Building

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: 2 vacancies:

1- Permanent Full-time, 1- Temporary Full-time (approximately 10 months)

REPORTING TO: Senior Partner, HR & Talent

UNION AFFILIATION: Non-Union

WAGE RATE: $44.78/hr – $55.97/hr ($81,499.60 – $101,865.40 annually)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports employee attraction, retention, and engagement by partnering with an assigned department(s) to deliver strategic human resources services, including talent acquisition, job design and evaluation, policy and procedure development, management and employee support, advice, and guidance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of relevant post-secondary education in human resources and/or labour relations.
Demonstrated experience in human resources. Unionized and municipal or broader public sector experience is an asset.
Certified Human Resources Leader Professional or Leader (CHRP/CHRL) designation is an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation.
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to prepare well written reports and must possess good communication and presentation skills.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance is required.
