Roles and Responsibilities

Focus on analyzing HR data and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR information. Involve identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the functionality of HR technology.

Seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

Responsible for the accurate entry, validation, and maintenance of employee HR data.

Perform a variety of coordination tasks within HR operations, supporting projects, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Specialize in collecting and validating new hire/onboarding documentation. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for employees while maintaining accurate records.

Focus on delivering high-quality HR services to internal clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining service level targets.

Act as a back up for the payroll administration process using ADP Workforce Now

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in payroll administration, using ADP Workforce Now.

Minimum of 1 years HR experience in a corporate/professional services or financial setting.

Familiarity with ADP Workforce and Excel

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
