As an HSE Advisor, you’ll report to the HSE Director while supporting project management in achieving HSE objectives.
Your role includes overseeing hazard assessments, leading orientations, and liaising with external agencies. You’ll also generate HSE statistics and manage compliance with legislative standards, ensuring a safe work environment for our skilled teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HSE guidance and support for project personnel
• Act as the subject-matter expert in HSE
• Manage the HSE portfolio during project planning and execution
• Foster hazard assessments and control measures
• Lead HSE training and orientation delivery
Requirements:
• College diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledge of provincial health & safety legislation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid WHMIS and First Aid certificates preferred
