Job Description:

Dynamsoft is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated People Operations Manager to join our People Team. We are building a team of world class talent and are looking for an organizational powerhouse who can collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders. You will manage our full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, internal operations and employee experience. As the People Operations Manager, you will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of our growth. Our ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and takes initiative to ensure the health and growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees

Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, time off requests

Actively participate in recruitment efforts, ensuring a talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.

Contribute to the development of communication plans to enhance HR service delivery.

Proactively assess and innovate HR operations to enhance effectiveness.

Implement performance management initiatives tailored to the specific unit.

Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.

Optimize the office environment to boost employee satisfaction.

Refine welfare programs and implement measures to enhance the welfare system.

Foster a positive and productive workplace atmosphere through administrative initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with an IT industry background.

HR domain expertise in areas such as compliance, policymaking, compensation and benefits, and organization development.

Experience in talent acquisition, including employee assimilation, hiring, and deployment.

Ability to facilitate the timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.

Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization.

Requirements:

-Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, British Columbia, or be willing to relocate.
