Job Summary Reporting to the Talent & HRSS Manager, the Talent & HRSS Coordinator will be accountable for providing internal administrative support and full-cycle recruitment of amazing talent for Tilray Brands’ multiple North American subsidiaries. The successful incumbent will focus on value creation through enhanced customer service delivery, efficient employee life-cycle administration, and fulfillment of a wide array of non-exempt staffing requirements.

Responsibilities
HR Shared Services:

  • Serve as a centre of excellence for HR-related inquiries received though the shared HR inbox, providing guidance on questions from employees and managers related to HR policies and services
  • Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist internal stakeholders
  • Escalate complex inquiries and transactions to appropriate teams
  • Enter new hires into HRIS and finalize employee file
  • Draft and prepare HR-related letters and communications, including offer letters, employee change letters and employment letters
  • Drive the execution of HR administration for employee job changes in Workday (HRIS), including promotions, transfers, and data changes
  • Ensure that employee files are updated and accurate, including personal information, employment history, and compliance documents.
  • Regularly audit records to ensure completeness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to HR Programs and audits
  • Participates in ad hoc project work related to HR Shared Services initiatives identified
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality relevant to employee information
  • Updating and maintaining internal HRSS team process documentation
  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Support all phases of Tilray’s non-exempt, operations recruitment process, to include, but not limited to:
    Kick-off calls with hiring managers, screening candidates, candidate/hiring manager communication, advancing candidates in our applicant tracking system, scheduling and coordinating interviews and feedback with candidates and hiring managers, closing candidates in the offer stage and local onboarding
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to create a partnership that produces results and builds credibility; ensure the highest service-level standards for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and reliable Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and smooth handoffs across the hiring lifecycle
  • Conduct pre-employment contingencies, including reference checks, and criminal background checks for prospective employees, as required
  • Support annual Summer Internship program activities for North American subsidiaries
