Job Summary

Reporting to the North America VP-CHRO, the HR Program Manager (PM) supports the VP-CHRO with driving and coordinating any initiative/action/project for the effective running/transformation of the NA business. The HR PM is focused on making time, information, and decision processes more effective and efficient for the NA VP-CHRO.S/he drives HR strategic projects & initiatives across NA, in

collaboration

with the HR

Leadership

Team and the business.

The HR PM partners closely with the HR Team & the business to understand requirements, develop and propose alternatives and to deliver on targets.

S/he works with the NA HRLT team and the broader organization to implement the (HR) NA strategy, including the transformation roadmap. The PM must effectively execute day-to-day, while managing critical projects and programs in a constantly changing environment.

Principal

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational support to the NA VP-CHRO to drive accountability and deliver the HR strategy.

Understand strategic HR / business initiatives and help communicate and implement them across the company.

Own & lead (parts of) key HR projects/business initiatives to deliver on business (from a people perspective) & HR NA strategy

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation in the context of the key HR projects/business initiatives s/he leads

Develop and build on relationships with employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing processes, and help define new strategies by working with NA VP-CHRO and other executives on special projects

Ensure maximum impact by aligning projects/initiatives activities & communications and facilitating opportunities for productive

collaboration

with the NA VP-CHRO, HR community and the business

Be an important point of contact internally for all matters pertaining to the NA VP-CHROOwn and manage the HR NA governance processes (e.g.,

Leadership

Teams meetings), ensuring these are adequately prepared, run effectively and actions are understood and  the conduit between the NA HRLT and the Global HR team, ensuring governance processes are aligned and any material required by global is submitted on time and to quality.

Support

continuous improvement

by conducting project reviews, leveraging insights from benchmark

Provide recommendations to NA VP-CHRO on general improvements of HR / business

Capacity to anticipate problems and sensitiveness to issues that require diplomacy to aid the NA VP-CHRO in running HR NAProactively signal risks or issues impacting HR / business results before the risks materialize and suggest/implement mitigation  a thought partner to the NA HRLT, on strategic projects, under the direc…
