We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, operational environment. This role is highly hands-on and will partner closely with site leadership to deliver day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and people processes.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both hourly and salaried employees and thrives in an on-site, visible HR role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers at the site
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, discipline, and policy application
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Partner closely with site leadership to support business needs and workforce initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, and follow-ups
- Address payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- Proven HR generalist experience in an on-site, operational environment (warehouse experience preferred)
- Strong background in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment policies
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and manage both strategic and tactical HR work
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
