2+ years related work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with confidence is essential
Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Expert organizational skills and ability to multitask
Self-directed, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
High degree of competence, reliability, and judgment demonstrated in all aspects of work
Commitment to continuous improvement
Duties:
Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the organization and within the HR team
Provide transactional support to Business Unit leadership for all HR related matters
Provide full-cycle recruitment for all office hires
Supports the HR Generalist in duties assigned
Update, process and maintain HR systems to reflect accurate employee data; and provide data and reports to leadership as requested
Coordinate with members of other HR teams to identify organizational and business issues/requirements; and collaborate in multi-disciplinary project work to support effective delivery of HR services to the business
Participate and observe in the handling of complaints and/or investigations and consult with other HR team members to ensure the application of consistent practices
