The HR Advisor plays a key role in delivering business‑facing HR operational support to assigned client groups while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services. This role requires strong judgment and the ability to interpret and apply HR policies, systems, and procedures to resolve complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
The HRAdvisor acts as a trusted partner to the business, collaborates across HR functions, and supports initiatives that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience.
HR procedure materials, including process documentation, templates, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
Our ideal candidate will have the followingminimumrequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR operations experience in a business‑facing role; oil and gas experience is considered an asset.
Post‑secondarydegreein Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset.
Experience working within an HR shared servicesenvironmentis preferred.
Comfortable using HR systems and tools, with experience in SAP, Workday, and Service Now preferred.
