INVIRO is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to manage full-cycle recruitment and enhance employee engagement. This role involves administrative duties, talent engagement, compliance with HR legislation, and supporting payroll processes. As part of a close-knit team, you will tackle diverse challenges and ensure a positive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment across the organization

• Support payroll and benefits administration effectively

• Develop and implement policies and procedures per company expectations

• Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

• Conduct performance reviews and HR analyses company-wide

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management

• Previous HR experience, preferably in Engineering
