We are seeking a temporary HR administrator to become part of our Talent Acquisition team. As an ambassador of our company culture, you will deliver an outstanding onboarding and orientation experience, refine your professional skills, and progress in your career. Your role will be crucial in managing the initial “getting started” phase for new employees.
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED
Excellent facilitatation skills for in-person and virtual sessions
Strong computer skills
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, support, organize, facilitate, and sustain new hire orientation (virtual or in-person)
Provide effective onboarding guidance and support to leaders and employees
Ensure the working environment is ready for the arrival of the new employee by partnering with key stakeholders (IT, Facilities, Learning)
Location and other Key Details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
This is a temporary position for a period of 4 months, beginning in August 2024
