Housekeeping Room Attendant (seasonal pt/ft) Jobs in Fort Saskatchewan at Stars Inn and Suites
We are looking for energetic people to join our housekeeping team of the new Days Inn & Suites Fort Saskatchewan. With industry brand standards to adhere to, we are looking for team players to help us/our property put our best foot forward as part of the Wyndham group, during shut down season as a seasonal employee – with the options of becoming full time.
This particular schedule is mainly Friday, Saturday, Sunday days/evenings to help us complete the night shift cleaning. Starting times depend on work load, but night shift cleaning is scheduled between 5-8:30 pm most days. Earlier start times to increase hours is available as there is always something to get done.
Specific Skills
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Handle and report lost and found items to hotel policy
- Distribute hotel amenities to guests/rooms
- Make beds and change sheets
- Provide basic information on facilities
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Fold laundry and restock HK areas as required.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
