About Us
We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) providing compassionate assisted living and memory care in Santa Barbara. We are looking for a dedicated, warm-hearted Housekeeper who understands that a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is essential to the dignity and wellbeing of our residents. This is more than a housekeeping role — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every single day.
About Our Community
Our residents include seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We ask that all team members approach their work with patience, kindness, and deep respect for resident privacy and dignity at all times.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways.
- Resident laundry — washing, drying, folding, and delivery to rooms
- Sanitation of bathrooms and high-touch surfaces.
- Linen changes and bed-making per schedule.
- Dining room and kitchen area cleaning.
- Adherence to infection control and sanitation protocols.
- Trash removal and supply restocking.
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
What We Are Looking For
- Thorough and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Compassionate and respectful when working around seniors
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Patient and calm in a memory care setting
- Knowledgeable of infection control and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset✓ Prior experience in a care facility, RCFE, or senior living preferred
- Able to pass a background check and TB test

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
