Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces such as lobby, elevator, hallways, and common areas in strata building.
Duties
Common Area Cleaning Duties
- Lobby and Entrance: Sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning glass doors, and wiping down mirrors daily.
- Elevators: Sanitizing control buttons, cleaning mirrors, mopping floors, and cleaning tracks.
- Hallways and Stairs: Vacuuming corridor carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and spot-cleaning baseboards and walls.
- Amenities and Common Rooms: Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms, gyms, lounges, and guest suites.
- Garbage and Recycling Rooms: Cleaning and disinfecting recycling bins, trash containers, and ensuring the area is tidy
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of cleaning experience in high rise strata building is MUST
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
