Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe home environment for residents
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team for participant support
• Develop and implement participant activity plans
• Provide training and mentorship to Residential Support Mentors
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with individuals facing mental health challenges
• Certification in First Aid Level 1 – Emergency
• Clear Criminal and Abuse Registry Checks
• Safe vehicle with proper insurance coverage
