Our hotel is seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance duties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
Train, motivate, and lead staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Manage front desk activities such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
Coordinate laundry services to ensure timely processing of guest and hotel linens
Oversee maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures in all operational areas
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

Salary: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
