This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily rounds.

YEAR ROUND – FULL TIME (AFTERNOON SHIFT)

WAGE- $ 22.25

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

General repair and maintenance of machines, equipment, guest rooms and buildings
General Carpentry / Plumbing and Basic Electrical
Clean, adjust and perform minor repairs to swimming pools and hot tubs (as required)
Painting, wallpapering, tiling

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, electrical etc.)
On-site construction experience an asset
Previous experience with pool maintenance an asset
Work experience in commercial and residential painting, wallpapering, ceramic tile application, drywall installation, drywall patching, stucco, stipple, and fine wood finishing or refinishing an asset
