Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Host/Host, Expo, or phone attendant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
– Seat guests and provide them with menus
– Assist in managing reservations and waitlist
– Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
– Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
– Provide assistance to guests as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong multitasking and organizational skills
– Friendly and outgoing personality
– Ability to work well in a team
Note: All positions at our establishment are paid, including internship positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $16.75 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
