Primary Focus: Work the wood, ruffle some feathers and build your own cluckin’ following
Responsibilities:
Receive all take out orders via tablets and phone
Verifying all orders for accuracy
keep takeout cash and debit/CC slips organized
Adhering to all standardized recipes, specs and portion sizes in accordance with the Coop specifications
Ensure quality of food prepared and served
Keep work area utensils and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
Maintain shift readiness through daily kitchen systems and restocking
Perform opening and closing duties
Follow safe operating and handling procedures at all times
Follow all Health & safety policies and procedures
Participate in all incentive promotions and programs and kick ass while doing so
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
Assist fellow flock members when needed
Most importantly have a cluckin’ good time!
