Welcome to the Qualicum Beach Cafe, a true west coast hospitality experience with an ocean view! We are a growing company and excited to be in one of the most spectacular restaurant locations on Vancouver Island. We are an upscale casual restaurant that focuses on seafood with a hint of Italian influence. We have an extensive wine and cocktail program to compliment every dining experience for our guests. We strive to deliver luxury service for our guests from the moment they arrive, to the end of their meal, we want their time with us to be memorable.
The Role:
We are looking for support staff to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our successful team member will be able to support our team in all areas, assisting each role to ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
We are happy to train the right candidate for this role.
What You’ll do:
Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest
Provide a warm and welcoming first and last impression for our guests
Clearing and bussing tables, polishing and stocking
Delivering dishes to tables in a prompt and accurate manner
Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned
