__The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe._As the first points of contact for our guests, the Food and Beverage Host / Hostess plays an important role in the restaurant and lounge. The Host / Hostess controls the flow of the restaurant by managing reservations, seating and organizing guests. Duties
** Greet guests with eye contact, a smile and a friendly connection
* Seat guests and let them know about daily specials
* Answer the phone and provide information about dining options and reservations
* Assist Servers and Server Assistants as needed
* Maintain familiarity with the all menu items
* Clean designated areas, including opening and closing routines
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and be familiar with emergency protocols.
